Good, Bad, Ugly.

the good, the bad, the ugly
Here we go.......
The Good: I'm having a baby!!!!!
The Bad: How much having a baby costs!!!! (isn't this why I have insurance?!?!)
The Ugly: When your insurance company calls you to tell you that you HAVE NOT met your deductible when you KNOW YOU HAVE.
Yes. What a freakin nightmare. It's so not even worth getting into on this blog about how shady insurance is and how freakin EXORBITANT it is to even give birth....but I'll just tell you that this is ONE stress I could certainly do without!!!
Thank goodness I am working with such FRIENDLY customer service reps to help me through this debacle!!! Seriously...they have been so patient and understanding of the whole situation and are working very hard to get everything straitened out!
The Good: I had an AMAZING baby shower this past weekend!!!!!
The Bad: I brought home all of the sweets that were left over from said baby shower!
The Ugly: I've eaten all of the sweets and now I need more.
The Good: Getting ready to go on maternity leave around the holidays!!!
The Bad: Preparing all of my lesson plans and stressing out about covering all the important stuff!!
The Ugly: Knowing my students are gonna act A FOOL while I'm gone and totally disregard all of the hard work I put into the lesson plans!!!!!
Cause we all know:

Go link up with Myra and Sarah for The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!!!! Happy Tuesday!!!

I feel your pain about insurance companies! When I had my 3rd, our insurance company said we hadn't met our deductible and were paying out of pocket every time we took our other 2 to the doctor! I cried to our insurance company all the time until we figured out that my ob/gyn hadn't processed my payment...I was told they waited until the birth of the child, in tears at 38 weeks I said process it, the baby was coming and I had two other kids, and needed to stop paying for everything out of pocket! Hope it all works out and that you can relax and enjoy your last few weeks!

I'm Liz from dailydoseofthebrewcrew.blogspot.com and love, love, love your blog!

LOL at the calories burning and being a supermodel. I WISH that was true.

And if you need more sweets, you should definitely be coming over for Thanksgiving - I'm talkin' WAAAYYY too many desserts are going to be made ;)

I feel you on the "take-home sweets" -- I'm so bad for that :( And I'm much better at baking than cooking so I'm baking a ton of desserts to take to my Grandma's on Thursday and I know I'll be bringing home all the leftovers. Good thing I'll be up at 1:00am on Black Friday to buzz my way around the mall and burn off all those calories! ;)

I hear ya about the insurance! We have to meet our deductible every CALENDAR year. I'm 20 weeks now, and that means I have to start over in January, ugh! The 2 ultrasounds alone (NT and anatomy) almost put me at the deductible. Not sure if that's good or bad. Babies are way too expensive!
